Test complex software systems in Toronto using API testing and analytical problem-solving skills. ESC Corporate Services Ltd. offers a permanent, full-time Quality Assurance Analyst position.

The Quality Assurance Analyst supports ESC’s software development process and reports to the Manager, IT Solutions & Quality Assurance. You will review requirements, design documentation, and test coverage while working across functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing. The work includes SOAP web services and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements and design documentation for test conditions and risks
• Create and maintain test cases from business and technical requirements
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing
• Test SOAP web services and REST APIs
• Investigate, document, track, and retest software defects

Requirements:

• Three to five years of software testing or quality assurance experience
• Post-secondary education in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience documenting test plans, cases, reports, and risk assessments
