Quality Assurance & Care Performance Specialist

The London Borough of Bromley is seeking a Quality and Performance Monitoring Officer to join the Quality and Provider Relations Team within Adult Social Care. This is a part-time role (28 hours per week) with hybrid working and office attendance, plus visits to care providers and residents across Bromley.

You will conduct quality monitoring visits, gather feedback, analyse information, and help ensure high-quality care while meeting Care Act, CQC and council standards.
