Overview

In this role you help ensure that surveillance and protection technology programs meet safety, cost, and quality goals. You work with Programme and Project Managers to embed quality across key lifecycle stages, driving continuous improvement and robust project assurance. You’ll support KPIs, audits, and risk-based activities, contributing to high-profile, mission-critical projects. Responsibilities
  • Provide QA/Quality Control guidance and support
  • Contribute to delivering products meeting safety, cost, and quality targets on time
  • Develop and track Project Assurance Plans (PAP) aligned with risk and improvement goals
  • Collaborate with Assurance Teams to meet Programme/IPT objectives
  • Monitor quality KPIs (Quality Notifications, MRB, FRB) and support improvement across lifecycle
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team
  • Facilitate effective communication and cross-functional collaboration in meetings (IPT, Operations, Engineering)
  • Assist in processing concessions and production permits on schedule
  • Support project assurance milestones and prepare reports for Programme/Project teams
  • Assist root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce Non-Conformance costs
Key requirements
  • Knowledge of quality management standards such as AS9100 and ISO9001
  • Humility towards continuous improvement practices
  • Experience with quality tools: RCQA, Pattern Fault Lifecycle, Process Mapping, Verification, First Article Inspection
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking; ability to translate data into practical solutions
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills across diverse teams
  • Experience engaging with customers and suppliers
  • Previous experience in high-precision manufacturing environments
