JKR is recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager for a UK-leading manufacturer. You will lead the ISO 9001 compliant QMS and oversee the Quality Control Laboratory to ensure product quality meets specifications and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include managing audits, root-cause investigations (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, FMEA), implementing CAPAs, and reporting KPIs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on product trials and continuous improvement projects.
