Quality Automation Engineer

In this role you will help shape quality engineering strategies for diverse client projects, deploying automated testing and hands-on delivery while guiding peers. You will work within Accenture’s Software & Platform Engineering team to drive value-focused quality outcomes and reduce complexity. Expect exposure to new domains and tech stacks, with opportunities to contribute to internal quality communities. The position leverages travel to client sites across the UK and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

• Define and implement modern Quality Engineering strategies for clients
• Lead and execute automated testing initiatives
• Hands-on delivery of quality engineering tasks while guiding others
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value with low complexity
• Contribute to internal and regional Quality Engineering communities
• Adapt to different client domains and tech stacks

• Experience in defining and implementing modern Quality Engineering concepts including automated testing
• Proficiency in at least one OO language (Java, C#, Typescript, Python, etc)
• Hands-on experience with GenAI or active personal GenAI projects
• Familiarity with testing in AWS or Azure cloud environments
• Strong collaborative mindset and egoless teamwork attitude
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK on an ad hoc basis
• Comfort with change and learning new stacks as a consultant
