Quality Engineering Test Automation Developer

Build Playwright and C# automation for HOOPP’s frontline pension platform while working across technology and business teams in a people-focused culture.

As a Systems Developer on the Pension Core Team, you will strengthen quality engineering capabilities supporting reliable pension technology. You will design maintainable test solutions, investigate complex issues, and improve release confidence. The work includes Playwright, C#, Node.js, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and C#
• Develop functional, integration, end-to-end, smoke, and regression tests
• Analyze risks and requirements to determine test coverage
• Troubleshoot application components, integrations, environments, and deployment pipelines
• Support defect triage, release validation, and production investigations

Requirements:

• Five or more years in software development or quality engineering
• Degree or diploma in computer science or related discipline
• Strong Playwright and object-oriented programming experience
• Strong SQL skills for analysis, validation, and test data
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, Azure, and .NET
