Quality Engineering Test Lead

As a QA Test Lead or Quality Engineering Lead, you will drive assurance throughout the software development lifecycle. You will define test strategies, develop automated suites, and apply quality metrics. The work includes stakeholder collaboration, test governance, and continuous improvement across releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance activities across multiple projects and releases
• Define test strategies, plans, and quality metrics
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks and suites
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, system, and acceptance testing
• Mentor QA engineers on testing and automation practices

Requirements:

• Strong experience in end-to-end testing and QA leadership
• Expertise in test automation frameworks and strategy implementation
• Understanding of quality engineering, SDLC, STLC, and test governance
• Experience testing web, API, and integration environments
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder skills
