You join a core systems engineering team to build and maintain scalable, low-latency infrastructure that underpins high‑performance trading and large-scale research. You will shape distributed compute and storage solutions, tuning performance across the stack and developing internal tools to manage reliability and lifecycle. This role blends hands-on engineering with cross-team collaboration to meet evolving trading and research needs. Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale compute and storage systems used across trading and research
- Architect and implement distributed workload scheduling and fleet orchestration, with performance tuning for a large server estate
- Build internal tools for system performance, reliability, and SDLC lifecycle management
- Tackle bottlenecks across kernel, file system, and network layers to support low-latency, high-throughput apps
- Contribute to infrastructure monitoring, data collection pipelines, and real-time analytics
- Collaborate with teams to align design with trading and research requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience (up to 5 years)
- Solid programming ability in Python, Golang, Rust, or similar
- Experience with Linux environments and networking fundamentals (desirable)
