As an ML-focused researcher, you will shape the firm’s machine learning roadmap within a leading proprietary trading environment. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advance ML capabilities, mentor peers, and contribute to talent development and strategic ML goals. The role offers exposure to high-impact research, conference presence, and shaping future tech directions in finance. You will work in London or New York, applying diverse ML methods to robust inference at scale.
Responsibilities- Shape and drive the firm’s ML roadmap and advancements
