RBC Capital Markets in Toronto seeks a Quantitative Trading Analyst to join Global Equities. You will design and implement quantitative trading strategies, leverage optimization and machine-learning techniques, and work on RBC’s leading trading floor on a high‑energy, collaborative team.

You will analyze market data, extend existing algorithms, build analytical tools, and collaborate with sales, IT, risk, and back/middle office to drive trading performance on million-share trades per second.
