As QTL, you will lead a team of trading supervisors across multiple systematic desks, shaping live trading and the trading ops platform. You will mentor junior traders and drive project planning, backlog coordination, and firm-wide initiatives. You will work with management, research, development, and counterparties to advance production trading capabilities. This role combines leadership, technology design, and market microstructure expertise to scale and improve trading operations.
