Overview

In diesem role you will support the commercial delivery of civils and concrete packages for hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. You will drive cost control, contract administration under NEC/FIDIC, and subcontract management to keep projects on track. You’ll collaborate with project teams delivering earthworks, foundations, and critical civils infrastructure in fast‑paced environments. This is a chance to shape commercial performance across cross‑border DC programs and progress into senior commercial leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Civils cost management: budgets, forecasts, cashflow for DC civils packages
  • Measurement & take-off from drawings, BIM, and specs for earthworks, drainage, RC, utilities, external works
  • Contract administration: NEC/FIDIC, early warnings, change assessments, payment mechanisms
  • Subcontract procurement: BOQs, tender packs, bid analysis, support for awards
  • Valuations & payments: monthly valuations, progress reporting, financial dashboards
  • Change control: price and track variations due to design/client scope changes
  • Risk & opportunity: support risk reviews, mitigation, value engineering
  • Stakeholder coordination: align with engineers, planners, client teams, and subcontractors
  • Compliance & reporting: cost trackers, CVRs, governance documents
Key requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Construction Economics
  • 3–7 years' civils/infra experience
  • Experience on fast‑track projects (data centres, pharma, semiconductor) preferred
  • Strong NEC3/NEC4 or FIDIC knowledge
  • Proven civils subcontractor management (earthworks, drainage, RC, utilities)
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
  • Willingness to work on rotation or long‑term assignment in Europe
