Racing Software Engineer: Data & Tools for On-Track Performance

McLaren Racing in Woking seeks an experienced software engineer to join the dual-series software team supporting Hypercar and IndyCar. You will develop and support bespoke tools that help analysts improve performance and deliver results on track.

You will work across multiple languages, apply object-oriented design, and contribute to the full software lifecycle while occasionally travelling for events and providing trackside support when needed.
