Locum Physician - Diagnostic Radiology

Summary: A leading healthcare facility in Carmichael, California is seeking a remote Diagnostic Radiologist to work night and swing shifts. This opportunity is perfect for providers residing in California, Colorado, Florida, Arizona, or Utah. The role involves performing diagnostic reads for various hospitals and clinics, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform readings for diagnostic studies including MR, CT, US, and X-Ray.
• Average 20-25 ultrasound studies and 25-30 CT/MR readings per day, or 150-200 X-rays.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a short-staffed environment.
• Meet shift requirements, with shifts from 2 AM to 8 AM, any 5 days a week.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Radiology (Required)
• Active State License in California (Required)
• Clean malpractice history (Highly preferred)

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification - BC (Required)
• State License: CA (Required)
