Locums Radiology coverage in North Carolina with onsite days and no call. Mix of inpatient and outpatient work with fluoroscopy and light IR style procedures.


Practice Setting

  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient radiology coverage.
  • Onsite role providing fluoroscopy and procedure coverage.
  • Adult only patients.
  • Current model is solo MD coverage.

Schedule

  • Day shifts, scheduled hours are 8a to 4p.
  • Coverage is needed in blocks across November and December, with additional 2027 dates expected.
  • No call.

Cases and Procedures

  • Fluoroscopy studies including speech and swallow studies, esophagrams, and upper GI studies.
  • GU and contrast studies including cystos, RUGs, and loopograms.
  • Additional procedures including enemas, lumbar procedures, and arthrograms.

Requirements

  • Must be an MD or DO.
  • Board Certified in Radiology.
  • North Carolina medical license required, will not wait for license.
  • BLS and DEA required.
