Palm Health Resources is seeking a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist for a highly flexible locum opportunity with a well-established health system in Central Missouri .
This is an excellent option for a radiologist seeking a predictable, recurring locum schedule without call or weekend responsibilities. The need is primarily diagnostic radiology; radiologists comfortable with light IR will be prioritized.
Assignment Highlights- Location: Central Missouri
- Start: December 2, 2026
- Duration: 6 months with potential for additional coverage
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour days
- Coverage: Approximately 10 shifts per month / 2 weeks per month
- Weeks are flexible - work two consecutive weeks, every other week, or another mutually agreeable arrangement
- No call
- No weekends
- Onsite hospital-based practice
- Cerner EMR
- Approximately 80-90% Diagnostic Radiology / 10-20% light IR
The ideal candidate is a strong Diagnostic Radiologist who is also comfortable with routine light interventional procedures such as:
- Lumbar punctures
- Myelograms
- Paracentesis
- Thoracentesis
- Other routine image-guided procedures
The search is primarily focused on Diagnostic Radiologists ; radiologists comfortable with light IR (LPs, myelos, paras, thoras) will be prioritized.
Requirements- Board-Certified Radiologist
- MO license preferred, all qualified providers considered
- Comfortable providing onsite diagnostic coverage
- Light IR capability strongly preferred
- Ability to provide approximately 10 shifts per month
