Clinical Duties

• Combination of Diagnostic Radiology and Moderate Interventional Radiology

Most Common Procedures

CT-guided and ultrasound-guided biopsies (excluding mammography)

Drain placements:

• Renal
• Biliary
• Gastric
• Gallbladder
• Abscess
• Biliary stents

Thoracentesis

Paracentesis

Dialysis procedures performed in the cath lab

Occasional peripheral and pulmonary venous thrombosis cases

Rare embolization procedures for GI and other bleeding casesKey Highlights

• Diagnostic Radiology with moderate IR mix
• Arkansas licensure assistance available
• IR fellowship preferred but not required
• Hospital-based practice setting in a Level III Trauma Center
