Locums - Redding, California, Remote Radiology Job

Job Duration: 9-12 months

Location & Residency Requirements

• Remote position

• Provider must reside in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Arizona or Utah and show that they have an active CA license

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• No call coverage

• No weekend shifts

Job Details

• Workstation provided

• Credentialing timeframe: Up to 90 days

• EMR: Cerner

• PACS: Merge PACS

• Voice recognition system: Nuance PowerScribe 360

Responsibilities & Required Studies

• Interpret general diagnostic radiology studies, including:

  • MRI

  • CT

  • Ultrasound

  • X-rays

Average Daily Study Volume

• 20-25 ultrasound studies

• 25-30 CT/MRI studies

• 150-200 X-rays

Requirements

• Active California medical license

• Must reside in California, Colorado, Florida, Arizona, or Utah

• Ability to interpret general diagnostic radiology studies across the required modalities
