JOB OVERVIEW

• Shift Schedule: TBD; 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off
- Approximately 26 working weeks per year
• Call Schedule: Night; 5p-7a
- 7 days/week
• Call Ratio: 1 call-in procedure every 10 days

PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Volume: Approximately 12-26 procedures per day
• Specialty Back up/Support Staff:
- Radiologists, Clinical teams, and Administrative staff
• Case Mix: Interventional radiology procedures and image-guided care; specific procedures not listed
• Trauma Level: III
• No of Beds: 220
• EMR: Epic

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Active IN License or IMLC
• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
• BLS, ACLS
• Integrated Interventional Radiology/Diagnostic Radiology program or Diagnostic Radiology residency with an Interventional Radiology fellowship
