Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Rating and Allowancing controls using the RAID tool (version 8.2.10) developed by Mobileum.
  • Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in the RAID tool, including configuration and customization.
  • Design and develop controls from scratch, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Implement required schema changes in the system to support new control development.
  • Identify issues proactively and design robust controls to address them.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to control logic and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the existing team to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project goals.
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Identify issues proactively and build effective controls to mitigate risks.
  • Lead the development and deployment of controls, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands‑on experience with the RAID tool by Mobileum, particularly version 8.2.10.
  • Strong understanding of the RV module and its application in control development.
  • Background in Revenue Assurance, Rating, or Allowancing is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
