Rail Digitalization Specialist Toronto

Digitalize rail signalling delivery with myField and SAP at Alstom in Toronto, supporting field execution, data quality, and standardized workflows.

The Digitalization Specialist supports the OnCorr Signalling project across engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. You will deploy digital tools, coordinate data interfaces, and improve controlled processes. The work includes dashboards, reporting, user support, training, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and improve digital tools for signalling delivery
• Administer myField workflows, inspections, approvals, and issue resolution
• Coordinate interfaces across ERP, SAP, GSI, and reporting platforms
• Maintain data standards, permissions, validation checks, and audit trails
• Develop dashboards showing progress, defects, tests, and handover readiness

Requirements:

• Relevant education or professional experience in technical disciplines
• Five to eight years in operations, industrial, or supply chain
• Minimum five years using ERP such as SAP as Key User
• Experience supporting digital processes in infrastructure or project environments
• Fluent English, strong analysis, training, and communication skills
