Rail Systems Integration Engineer

Lead rail systems integration for AtkinsRéalis, applying engineering expertise across design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases. Support major Canadian transit projects.

This engineer develops integrated solutions for light rail, subway, or commuter rail systems. The work spans interface requirements, requirements management, Validation and Verification, and system engineering processes. You will coordinate technical disciplines, stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and delivery teams throughout asset or project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead systems integration through design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
• Facilitate working groups and interface workshops
• Develop interface requirements documentation
• Coordinate customers, stakeholders, disciplines, and delivery teams
• Support construction, testing, and commissioning activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Good-standing membership in the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec
• Experience integrating systems throughout project or asset lifecycles
• Light transit, subway, or commuter rail experience
• Mastery of system engineering processes and EN 15288
