Work Mode: Hybrid (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)

Responsibilities

  • Automate and configure workflows and data synchronization jobs between Rally and Jira.
  • Develop scripts to extract data across various IT systems (PPM, ServiceNow) and generate reports as needed.
  • Ensure uptime of IT systems including performance, reliability, and scalability of the Rally product.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to integration between Rally and Jira.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to onboard business squads/Fleets to Rally.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and how to interact with them programmatically.
  • Experience with API integration between any IT systems where APIs are available.
  • Experience in working with JSON and other data formats for API communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with Rally, Jira, and Connectall for data synchronization and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working with Agile teams in Atlassian JIRA.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps.
  • Knowledge of AI (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI).
