Overview

In this role, you will design, build, and support high-performance C++ systems powering credit and rates trading, analytics, pricing, and risk. You’ll work closely with Traders, Sales, Quantitative Researchers, and global Tech teams to deliver production-grade front-office solutions. The role focuses on low-latency, multi-threaded applications across government and corporate bonds, swaps, CDS, and other fixed income assets. You will contribute to next-generation Credit & Rates technology, emphasizing ownership and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and support high-performance trading and analytics systems in modern C++
  • Develop systems for pricing, curve construction, risk, analytics, and execution workflows
  • Collaborate with Traders, Sales, and QRs to translate trading requirements into production systems
  • Contribute to architecture and design of distributed trading systems
  • Improve performance, reliability, and operational tooling; provide production support
  • Work with real-time market, reference, and trade data; support RFQ and venue connectivity
  • Collaborate with teams across London, Paris, and New York
Key requirements
  • Production-grade C++ experience; C++ primary language in recent roles
  • Strong product knowledge or hands-on experience in rates, credit, fixed income, derivatives, or related trading products
  • Experience building trading, pricing, risk, analytics, or market data systems
  • Strong understanding of multi-threaded design, distributed systems, data structures, algorithms, memory management, and system design
  • Ability to work with front-office users in a fast-paced environment
