As Branch Manager Advisor, you spend 40–50% advising clients and 50–60% leading branch performance. Drive growth through acquisition, deepen relationships, and deliver advice for complex personal and business needs. Coach teams toward strong client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage teams delivering exceptional advice-led client experiences
• Lead digital enablement and client self-service education
• Provide complex financial advice inside and outside branches
• Manage advisor capacity, skills, mobility, and traffic flow
• Coach employees through proficiency and career progression

Requirements:

• Valid Mutual Funds accreditation
• Completed Designated Financial Services Advisor designation outside Quebec
• Branch Compliance Officer course or exam within four months
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on business acquisition
• Experience in business and personal banking preferred
