RBC Branch Manager Financial Advisor

Lead RBC branch performance in Melita while advising clients across everyday banking, investments, and credit. Balance client advice with branch leadership responsibilities.

As a Branch Manager Advisor, you spend 40 to 50 percent of your time as a Financial Advisor and 50 to 60 percent leading the branch. You manage retail performance, pursue business growth, acquire new clients, and deepen relationships. Your expertise supports complex personal and business financial needs through RBC's Advice Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team delivering exceptional advice-led client experiences
• Educate clients on digital self-service and channel choices
• Provide complex advice and model key leadership behaviours
• Connect locally with clients and community influencers
• Coach advisors to improve proficiency and performance

Requirements:

• Valid Mutual Funds accreditation through recognized Canadian programs
• Completed Branch Compliance Officer course or exam eligibility
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on business acquisition
• Experience in business and personal banking preferred
• Minimum three years in people management preferred
