RBC Client Advisor Alma Branch

Use digital literacy and client discovery skills as an RBC Client Advisor in Alma, delivering solutions inside the branch. This part time position offers 25 hours weekly.

As an RBC Ambassador, you will put clients first while completing transactions and identifying sales or referral opportunities. You will support acquisition, deepen relationships, and help drive business. The work requires communication, emotional intelligence, flexibility, and target driven performance. It can support progression toward Account Manager or Banking Advisor opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage branch clients and deliver outstanding service experiences
• Complete transactions and identify sales and referral opportunities
• Demonstrate technology and educate clients about solutions
• Resolve and prevent client banking problems proactively
• Follow compliance routines, processes, and transaction controls

Requirements:

• Passion for putting clients first in target driven environments
• Drive, self motivation, communication skills, and emotional intelligence
• Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices
• Flexibility to work flexible hours and part time schedules
• Financial, service, or retail relationship building experience preferred
