Serve high-value clients as an RBC Expert Banking Services Advisor in Montréal, using financial advice, credit, and investment expertise. Bilingualism is required.

This full-time position supports personal and small business clients through proactive, professional advice. You will address complex credit and investment needs, build relationships, and collaborate with RBC partners. The role combines everyday banking, investments, and credit expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attract, nurture, and grow personal and small business client relationships
• Uncover needs and deliver client-centric financial solutions
• Provide advice on complex credit and investments
• Educate clients about digital self-service options
• Collaborate with planning, mortgage, and business banking professionals

Requirements:

• Valid Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or Canadian Securities Course
• Completed Quebec Certificate of Achievement in Personal Finance
• One to two years of financial services sales experience
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
• English and French bilingualism with digital literacy
