Overview

As an R&D Program Manager at AVEVA, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to maximize value from technology investments and align outcomes with enterprise goals. You drive measurable KPI-based success, coordinating across technical and business domains to deliver value to customers. You act as a change agent, guiding teams through process alignment and organizational transformation. Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program management for value realization initiatives across multiple technology platforms and strategic areas
  • Collaborate with Portfolio to track KPIs and support course corrections with stakeholders
  • Align value drivers and execution plans with Architecture, UX and R&D Execution leadership
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and Lighthouse teams to ensure measurable customer value
  • Maintain initiative priorities with Value Realization, Portfolio, Governance and Capability Team leadership
  • Develop and maintain Initiative delivery plans aligned to strategic objectives
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and escalate issues to ensure timely communication
  • Monitor program risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful delivery
  • Engage Senior Leaders with tailored insights for executive decisions
  • Facilitate higher level planning and backlog refinement on a regular cadence
  • Support change management and stakeholder alignment for sustained value delivery
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in execution
Key requirements
  • 7+ years of experience with commercial software product development
  • At least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial role
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, or other modern delivery methodologies
  • Experience collaborating across geographies with multiple teams and stakeholders
