R&D Tax Incentives Manager SR&ED

Rodeo FX needs an R&D Tax Incentives Manager to lead SR&ED claims, technical documentation, and coordination across software and production teams.

Reporting to the Tax Director, this manager owns the claim process for Rodeo FX research and development activities. The work involves identifying eligible projects, documenting technical uncertainties, and coordinating financial information. You will prepare rigorous files, maintain deadlines, and support claims during tax authority audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze eligible research and development work
• Coordinate annual claim schedules and team contributions
• Prepare technical descriptions and supporting application information
• Establish claimed expenses with Finance
• Coordinate audit responses and support files

Requirements:

• Relevant education or experience in taxation, finance, accounting, administration, or technology
• Experience preparing tax, financial, or technical files
• Ability to learn and apply R&D tax credit requirements
• Strong French communication and working English skills
• Excel and project tracking tool proficiency
