R&D Tools & Digital Capabilities Lead

Edwards is seeking an Engineering Tools, Capability Manager to develop, deploy and continuously improve software-enabled engineering capabilities across the R&D lifecycle. You will bridge engineering, IT and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, standardisation, and measurable performance improvements while prioritising cost and quality.

You will define the tools roadmap, own the software ecosystem, and drive adoption of digital solutions in partnership with Engineering, IT and suppliers.
