React Native Engineer

In this role, you will own mobile features end-to-end to help millions access care and build healthy habits. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product, design, and data to shape engaging experiences and improve health outcomes. You’ll contribute to a fast-growing mobile product that serves hundreds of thousands of patients, balancing fast delivery with robust engineering. This is a hybrid role with in-office presence three days a week and a focus on scalable, user-centred mobile software.

• Own mobile features end to end from problem definition to launch and iteration
• Build high-quality mobile experiences that drive engagement and healthy user behaviours
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of mobile features in production
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code using React Native or React
• Influence mobile architecture to support product growth and scaling engineering
• Use analytics, feature flags, and observability to measure success and iterate
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product decisions and improve roadmap

• Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals
• React Native experience is a nice-to-have, not required
• Product-minded with focus on user needs and business outcomes

• Comfort across the stack, including API shaping and backend collaboration
