React Native Engineer

As a React Native Engineer at Voy, you will own mobile experiences that serve hundreds of thousands of patients, driving engagement and healthy behaviours. You’ll work across product, design, and data to iterate from problem definition to measurement, shaping a scalable mobile platform. This role blends frontend engineering with product impact in a fast-growing healthtech environment. • Own mobile features end-to-end from problem framing to launch and post-release iteration
• Build high-quality mobile experiences that boost user engagement and healthy behaviours
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of mobile features in production
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code using React Native or React to high standards
• Influence mobile architecture to support product growth and scaling teams
• Use analytics, feature flags, and observability to measure success and guide iterations
• Balance delivery speed with long-term robustness through informed technical trade-offs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product decisions and the broader roadmap

• Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals
• React Native experience is a nice-to-have, not required
• Product-minded with focus on user needs and business outcomes
