Real Estate Financing Architect

Groupe Mach Inc. in Montreal is seeking an energetic finance professional to structure and optimize financing arrangements for major real estate projects.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Financing, you will help design debt strategies and financial models to maximize value. You will collaborate with development teams to evaluate projects, monitor disbursements and KPIs, and lead financing close with lenders and international institutions.
