Rebate Analyst Associate

Supporting client operations, the full-time Rebate Analyst Associate will manage payment postings, assist with invoicing across various programs, and maintain service agreements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist with payment posting, mailing dunning letters, and maintaining all client service agreements Follow invoicing practices, including pre-invoicing review for various programs Support account management and rebate management with client requests, such as reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED required No prior experience required Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
