Adecco Group is seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to guide a high-performing team on a major Armed Forces recruitment programme in the UK. You will drive the candidate journey from application to onboarding, ensuring efficiency, governance and service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a focus on continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working model offered with 3 days in Solihull and 2 days remote.
