Regeneration Technical Lead Oxfordshire

Lead regeneration programmes across Oxfordshire with expertise in placemaking and sustainable development. This full-time role is based in Oxford.

Oxfordshire County Council seeks an experienced regeneration professional for strategic leadership and expert management of complex projects. You will work across urban renewal, sustainable economic growth, community revitalisation and place-based transformation. The role supports council priorities and high-quality outcomes for communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex regeneration projects and programmes across Oxfordshire
• Plan, coordinate and deliver high-profile regeneration initiatives
• Develop project opportunities, business cases and funding applications
• Manage delivery, budgets, risks and stakeholder relationships
• Represent the council at meetings, boards and public events

Requirements:

• Experience as a regeneration professional
• Strong understanding of regeneration, urban renewal and placemaking
• Knowledge of sustainable development and project management
• Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate effectively
• Experience working with senior leaders and elected members
