Regional BMS & Digital Services Manager

Equans is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for its Digital Services, based in Leeds to support sites across the North East. You will lead BMS service delivery, manage engineers and subcontractors, and drive commercial outcomes while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong KPI focus, P&L awareness, and the ability to upsell services within a multi-site portfolio, with collaboration across functions to achieve growth targets.
