Overview

In this role you shape and energise PA’s Digital & Data hubs across the UK, driving inclusive, collaborative environments that accelerate digital innovation. You connect hubs with leadership, comms and HR to ensure voices are heard and acted upon. You’ll travel to hubs, build trusted relationships and transform engagement, culture and brand through cross‑functional collaboration. The opportunity centers on leading hub operations, strengthening community impact and amplifying PA’s digital & data proposition.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day effectiveness of Digital & Data hubs across the UK, fostering collaboration, innovation and community
  • Bridge hubs with Digital & Data leadership to inform broader strategy with local insights
  • Improve hub experience and engagement using qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Own the hubs communications and engagement strategy aligned to Stream priorities
  • Collaborate with Comms to deliver concise, engaging messages across channels
  • Create two-way engagement channels between hub communities and senior leaders
  • Shape the Digital & Data community across hubs and promote knowledge sharing and participation
  • Partner with Inclusion & Engagement and Internal Communications to ensure a consistent LifeAtPA experience
  • Support onboarding and integration of new joiners into hub communities
  • Support employer brand activity through events, content and digital campaigns
  • Manage apprenticeship operations locally (Manchester) and develop scalable processes for future hubs
  • Build strong relationships across Digital & Data, HR, Marketing, Recruitment and central Comms
  • Manage multiple regional priorities and deliver projects aligned to business objectives
  • Work with hybrid model requiring presence in office or client sites at least two days per week
Key requirements
  • Experience in communications, engagement, community or hub management within a digital, data, technology or consulting environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence across senior and cross‑functional teams
  • Experience delivering events and engagement initiatives
  • Willingness to travel across multiple locations and regularly commute
