Regional Finance Controller

Regional finance leadership starts with advanced Excel, SAP, and strong business partnership skills. This controller role supports Food Service and Retail leaders across a sector. The Regional Operations Controller develops reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision support. You will guide location accounting departments, improve internal controls, and support business performance. The position also leads talent selection, coaching, and retention while partnering across departments. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior Food Service and Retail leadership Prepare monthly dashboards, metrics, and analysis reports Guide location accounting teams and internal controls Improve performance and support financial decision making Manage budgeting, forecasting, assumptions, and financial storytelling Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field Seven-plus years of accounting or finance experience Three-plus years of management experience Advanced Microsoft Excel and SAP experience Cost accounting, analytical, and project leadership capabilities Bring trusted financial guidance, reporting expertise, and leadership to regional operations, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance.
