Regional IT Program Manager - PMO, KPIs & Governance

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Sr. IT Program Manager of regional governance within the Ops Tech Solutions Deployment organization. You will own the regional PMO, define strategy, and drive governance across UK, EU and Middle East, aligning project delivery with Amazon's operations.

You will establish KPIs, forecast resources and budgets, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to improve performance and efficiency.
