Regional IT Service Delivery Manager

In this role you will lead IT support services across multiple sites, ensuring reliable and high‑quality delivery. You’ll manage a regional team, drive improvements to support, systems and processes, and report on service performance to the IT Director. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders while supporting infrastructure projects and transformation initiatives. The opportunity focuses on delivering a consistent technology experience and shaping the IT function across a multi-site environment. • Lead and develop IT support services across multiple sites
• Manage, coach and develop a team of IT support professionals
• Monitor tickets, service levels and escalations; drive issue reduction and process improvements
• Collaborate with senior technical teams on infrastructure projects and transformation initiatives
• Provide technical oversight across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and related platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and report on performance, risks and improvement plans
• Travel between sites to oversee delivery and operations

• Experience as IT Support Manager, IT Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager or similar leadership role
• Experience managing IT services in a multi-site environment (education sector preferred)
• Strong people management, coaching and performance management skills
• Solid ITIL knowledge (incident, change, problem management)
• Technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune and wider IT infrastructure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
