Regional P&T Technology Implementation Manager

In this role you will lead technology transformation across DP World’s European terminals, guiding the rollout of terminal operating systems and digital tools to boost productivity and customer experience. You’ll work with operations and technology teams to translate requirements into practical solutions and manage multi-site projects across countries. You’ll ensure timely deployment, readiness, and adoption of new technology while maintaining quality and stakeholder alignment. This position offers international scope, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong impact on port operations.

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of terminal operating systems and related tech across European terminals
• Manage regional technology projects from planning to deployment within scope, budget, timeline and quality
• Collaborate with terminal operations, SMEs, and global tech teams to define requirements and deliver business-driven solutions
• Coordinate testing, training, go-live, and operational readiness for new tech implementations
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues; implement mitigation plans for successful outcomes
• Serve as liaison between operational stakeholders and technical teams to maintain clear communication
• Support adoption of advanced technologies to improve productivity, efficiency and customer experience
• Provide project reports, documentation, and progress updates to regional leadership and stakeholders

• Proven experience delivering technology or business systems implementation projects in ports, logistics, maritime, supply chain, or terminal operations
• Strong understanding of terminal operating systems and their integration with other applications
• Experience managing projects across multiple sites, countries, or stakeholder groups in a complex environment
• Ability to translate operational needs into practical technology solutions balancing business and technical considerations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across operations and technology
• Excellent project planning, risk management and delivery management abilities
• Experience working with geographically dispersed and multicultural teams
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across Europe for project delivery and engagement
