Overview

In this role you ensure reliable Anaplan-based planning models and support cross-functional teams to keep planning cycles on track. You will be the liaison between business users, process owners, and technical support to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on data quality, issue triage, and governance to streamline planning and reporting. You will contribute to training materials and knowledge sharing to empower users and improve processes. This is a hands-on position with a clear impact on planning accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Business Product Owner support analyst for Anaplan models
  • Provide operational support during monthly planning cycles, forecast updates, and business reviews
  • Perform data validation, root cause analysis, and issue triage for planning and reporting discrepancies
  • Coordinate with technical support teams to investigate and resolve system defects and enhancement requests
  • Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing activities
  • Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for process simplification and automation
  • Develop planning knowledge articles, training materials, and user guidance documentation
  • Participate in governance forums and support prioritization of enhancement requests
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in planning, analytics, finance systems, or supply chain systems
  • Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across business and technical teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including responsible and ethical AI practices, and experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity
