Regulatory Reporting Operations Professional

In this role you will lead the delivery and oversight of regulatory reporting, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness. You will work across Operations, Technology, Data and Regulatory Reporting to implement changes and improve processes. You will validate regulatory changes, support remediation, and respond to regulatory enquiries in partnership with Compliance and Audit. The position sits within a global framework with multiple regimes and asset classes, offering impact across reporting quality and risk management. • Lead the delivery and oversight of regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee controls, data quality, and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Identify and remediate reporting errors, data issues, and control weaknesses
• Oversee testing and QA of regulatory changes and remediation activities
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and reporting issues in collaboration with Compliance, Audit and control functions
• Manage risks, controls, and KPIs, driving continuous improvement of reporting processes
• Build partnerships with Operations, Technology, Data and Regulatory Reporting teams to implement regulatory change
• Provide SME guidance on complex reporting and operational matters

• Understanding of regulatory trade and transaction reporting landscape
• Familiar with EMIR, MIFIR, SFTR, CFTC
• Willing to stay current on regulatory reporting landscape
• Experience in remediating transaction reporting issues, including back-reporting
• Familiar with trade flow components and reporting system interactions
• Experience with transaction reporting systems and their interconnections
