Relationship Banking Specialist

CIBC in Toronto is seeking a Client Service Representative to assist clients with day-to-day banking needs in a fast-paced banking centre. This on-site role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and travel between nearby centres.

You will focus on client experience, connect customers to the right team, and become a technology champion for mobile banking apps. Previous client service or financial services exposure is helpful.
