Job Description

An excellent opportunity to join a leading Commercial Banking team managing a portfolio of SME clients across the M25. This role focuses on building strong relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of c70 SME clients (2–15m turnover)
  • Drive income growth through a needs-based, client-focused approach
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Conduct credit risk assessments and due diligence
  • Deliver lending, cash management, and trade finance solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, risk, and compliance

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Business or Commercial Banking
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
