North West | Hybrid - 1-2 days per week onsite We are looking for an experienced

Release, Environment & Test Analyst

to join a large, complex technology environment in the North West. This is a broad delivery-focused role bringing together

Release Management, Environment Management and Test Management , working closely with technical teams operating modern

DevOps and CI/CD

practices. You will take ownership across the release, environment and testing lifecycle, ensuring environments are ready, testing is effectively planned and coordinated, and releases are controlled and successfully delivered into production. Key responsibilities: Own and coordinate end-to-end release management activities

Manage release schedules, readiness, dependencies, risks and implementation plans

Coordinate development, test, pre-production and production environments

Manage environment availability, scheduling, conflicts and readiness

Plan and coordinate testing across SIT, integration, regression and UAT

Manage test progress, defects, risks and release readiness

Work closely with DevOps, engineering and platform teams

Support and improve CI/CD-driven build, test and deployment processes

Lead release readiness and Go/No-Go activities

Provide clear governance and reporting across Release, Environment and Test

Work across multiple technical teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders

Identify opportunities to improve automation, processes and ways of working

We're looking for: Strong Release Management experience within complex technology environments

Good Environment Management experience across multiple environments

Demonstrable Test Management experience

Good knowledge of DevOps principles and modern software delivery

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes

Experience coordinating complex releases across multiple teams and dependencies

Strong governance, risk and change management experience

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Someone comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously

This would suit someone who has operated across

Release, Environment and Test Management , rather than being focused solely on one discipline. The role will be based in the

North West , with an expectation of being onsite
