Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Device Physics, Materials Science, or relevant field10+ years in a comparable role5+ years of experience working with non-volatile memory (EEPROM, Flash, OTP, e-Fuse, SRAM, ROM) is a mustHave good understanding of NVM qualification requirements and standards5+ years of customer interface experience is a plusExperience working with automotive OEM’s is a plusKnowledge of device physics, semiconductor wafer fab and packagingExperience with JMP or other statistical tools for data analysisKnowledge of industry standards – JEDEC, AEC, AQG, etc.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communications skills, including the ability to challenge ideas in a healthy mannerWillingness to travel (US domestic and international)
