• Provide project leadership and technical oversight on Data Centre projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams and setting design direction
• Oversee major Data Centre initiatives to ensure design quality, innovation, and client satisfaction
• Partner with sector leads to win major pursuits and strengthen client relationships for large-scale projects
• Champion design and technical standards, delivering sustainable, innovative solutions and mentoring staff
• Strengthen business performance through resource allocation, budget and risk management, and contributing to strategic growth in the architecture offering

• Registered Architect with ideally 15+ years of experience and current professional registration
• Extensive Data Centre sector experience with strong technical knowledge and data centre design considerations
• Proven leadership with mentoring and developing high-performing teams
• Strong organisational skills to manage multidisciplinary projects
• Strategic mindset to shape and strengthen AECOM’s architectural offering and market position
